My name is Michael AKA Coach Riina, and I have a passion for helping people live a healthy life style by making better food choices.
If your like me, you live a busy lifestyle. I have three kids, work a full time job, coach sports, attend school, am a home owner and entrepreneur. Our time is limited. This may cause us to make poor eating choices, even when you think you are eating something that's "good for you". I put on 25 lbs. of fat by making poor eating decisions and that made me extremely tired and lazy.
As a former competitive natural bodybuilder, I am going to share with you how to burn off unwanted fat within weeks, build rock solid abs and all without eating 6 meals per day and doing hours of cardio. It's not easy getting down to 4% bodyfat as I did when I competed. I hope you'll allow me to guide you and show you how to quickly lose unwanted body fat while building lean body mass.
